Yes, most extended healthcare benefits usually cover my massage therapy treatments. You’ll be given an electronic receipt in your email after your treatment, and you can submit this receipt to your insurance provider for payment reimbursement.
No, fees are subject to 13% HST.

Payments can be done before or after your treatment. Payment options include cash, debit card or credit card.

Both approaches have their unique benefits and may be used in combination or separately depending on individual needs and preferences.
No, not at all! Your comfort is our top priority. You have the option to keep all your clothes on or dress down to a level that you find comfortable, such as wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I will periodically check on you during the treatment to ensure your comfort at all times.
After you book your appointment, you will be asked to fill out a health history form to help me understand your main complaints & what goals you’d like to achieve during our first treatment. I will explain the process of what occurs during the massage and the different techniques we will use throughout the treatment. Prior to beginning the treatment, you’ll get dressed in the changing area and lie either face up or face down between the sheets placing your head in the face cradle.

MAT is great for everybody and everyone who's looking to decrease pain and increase mobility.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the session price. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation and reschedule notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
Failing to show up for your session will result in a fee of the FULL session price. It is my commitment to help you get what you came for.
Yes, parking is available anywhere in the front of the building.
